Maruti Suzuki India (NSE:MARUTI, BOM:532500) consolidated profit attributable to the owners fell to 34.5 billion Indian rupees in the fiscal first quarter ended June 30 from 37.9 billion rupees a year ago.
Earnings per share inched up to 109.63 rupees from 120.62 rupees a year earlier, according to an Indian bourse filing on Friday.
The carmaker's total revenue from operations increased to 524.7 billion rupees from 386.1 billion rupees a year ago.
