Marui Group Determines Terms for Convertible Bonds Due 2031

Marui Group (TYO:8252) has determined the terms for its zero coupon convertible bonds due 2031, according to a Tokyo bourse filing on Monday.

The investment holding company set the conversion price for the bonds' related stock acquisition rights at 3,231 yen.

The price is equivalent to a conversion premium of 7.99% from the reference share price of 2,992 yen as of Monday.

The company's board of directors approved the bond issuance on the same day.

PSBC Redeems 50 Billion Yuan Tier 2 Capital Bonds

Postal Savings Bank of China (HKG:1658, SHA:601658) or PSBC redeemed 50 billion yuan worth of Tier 2 capital bonds, according to a Tuesday filing with the Shanghai Stock Exchange.The 10-year bonds represented the first tranche of a 60 billion yuan Tier 2 capital bond tranche issued in August 2021.The lender had the right to redeem the bonds at the end of the fifth year, exercising that option to fully redeem the 50 billion yuan portion.
