Marsh & McLennan (MRSH) unit Marsh McLennan Agency said Monday it agreed to acquire Accel Holdings.
The deal is expected to close in Q3, following which all 130 Accel employees are expected to join Marsh McLennan Agency, according to a statement.
Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed.
