ZUS Coffee is exploring an initial public offering of its Malaysian business to raise at least 1 billion ringgit, Bloomberg News reported Thursday, citing people familiar with the matter.
An IPO could take place on Bursa Malaysia as early as mid-2027, though discussions are ongoing and the timing and offering size remain subject to change.
The IPO could value the coffee chain business at about 4 billion ringgit, according to the report.
