Zhongji Innolight (SHE:300308) has started analyst meetings with investors ahead of its planned Hong Kong listing, Bloomberg News reported Monday, citing deal terms seen by the news agency.
The Shenzhen-listed maker of optical transceivers used in data centers could begin taking investor orders as soon as this week and raise as much as $8 billion, according to the report.
If completed at that size, the offering would reportedly be Hong Kong's largest initial public offering in seven years.
Innolight did not immediately respond to' request for comment.
