Yuen Kee Food Group, operator of Yuen Kee Dumpling, is targeting an October Hong Kong IPO that could raise HK$300 million to HK$400 million, South China Morning Post reported Friday, citing people familiar with the matter.
The company has cleared its Hong Kong listing hearing, entering its final stage ahead of a potential launch in October, the people told SCMP. The timing and size could still change depending on valuation and investor demand.
Yuen Kee completed three funding rounds before the planned IPO, with BA Capital among its investors. Huatai International and GF Securities are joint sponsors.
Yuen Kee did not immediately respond to' request for comment.
