Market Chatter: VodafoneThree Submits Acquisition Bid for TalkTalk's Consumer Business

Vodafone Group's (VOD) VodafoneThree has submitted a bid for TalkTalk's consumer division, the Financial Times reported on Tuesday, citing four people familiar with the matter.

TalkTalk's consumer business could be worth between 200 million pounds ($268 million) and 300 million pounds, the report said, citing an estimate from New Street Research.

Vodafone didn't immediately reply to a request for comment from.
