U.S. Federal Bureau of Investigation and Chinese police cooperated in a joint Dubai operation targeting scam networks, days before the Xi-Trump summit in Beijing, The South China Morning Post reported Wednesday.
Dubai Police said at least nine hubs were dismantled and 276 suspects arrested, according to the report.
FBI Director Kash Patel called the cooperation "unprecedented," the SCMP wrote. Three suspects face U.S. fraud charges.
