Two state-linked companies in Melaka, Malaysia, are preparing to list on the Malaysian stock exchange soon, according to a report by Bernama, quoting Melaka Chief Minister Datuk Seri Ab Rauf Yusoh.

Melaka ICT Holdings is assessing its readiness and organizational restructuring to prepare for its initial public offering, likely to take place in the first quarter of 2028.

Yusoh said Syarikat Air Melaka is also undergoing a restructuring process and due diligence for a listing around the first quarter of 2029.
