Tinci Materials is seeking to raise between HK$3.9 billion and HK$5.5 billion through a Hong Kong initial public offering targeted for the fourth quarter this year, according to a Wednesday report by The Standard, citing foreign media.
The lithium battery materials company previously received approval from the Chinese securities regulator to offer up to 413 million overseas-listed ordinary shares and list itself on the HKEX, the report said.
JPMorgan Chase, Citic Securities and GF Securities are acting as joint sponsors to the IPO, according to the report.
Tinci did not immediately reply to' request for comment.
