Syngenta's planned $5 billion Hong Kong initial public offering has been delayed, Bloomberg News reported, citing people familiar with the matter.
The Chinese-owned company is reportedly now targeting a 2027 listing, having previously aimed to file its application in June for a debut this year.
It now plans to submit its listing documents in September or later, pushing the listing into next year, the report said.
The discussions are ongoing, and the timing of the listing could still change, Bloomberg added.
Syngenta did not immediately respond to' request for comment.
