Suzuki Motor (TYO:7269) signed a memorandum of understanding with Air India and SkyDrive to conduct a joint feasibility study on using electric vertical takeoff and landing aircraft for medical air logistics in India, Business Wire reported Friday.

The study will combine SkyDrive's eVTOL technology, Air India's operational expertise, and Suzuki's knowledge of the Indian market to evaluate the use of eVTOL aircraft for improved medical transportation in India.
