Market Chatter: Supply Chain AI Company Miotech Eyes Hong Kong IPO After Merger

Miotech, a Hong-Kong based sustainability reporting and supply chain AI company, is looking to list on the Hong Kong bourse in 2028, Nikkei Asia reported Tuesday citing the company's founder Jason Tu.

The move came after Miotech agreed to merge with the green finance and ESG business of CCX Group on Monday, according to a same-day release.

"After the merger, our revenue size and profitability will have passed the Hong Kong Exchange main board listing criteria," Tu told Nikkei Asi in an interview, adding that the company is starting to prepare for the IPO.

The combined company, CCX-MioTech, will focus on agentic AI for sustainability reporting and sustainable supply chain management.
