Roughly a dozen states are set to file a lawsuit Monday in an effort to block Paramount Skydance's (PSKY) acquisition of Warner Bros. Discovery (WBD), Bloomberg reported, citing a person familiar with the matter.

The antitrust suit is expected to be filed in federal court, the person reportedly told Bloomberg.

The companies didn't immediately reply to requests for comment from.
