The Seoul High Court has postponed a Fair Trade Commission (FTC) ruling that names e-commerce company Coupang's founder, Kim Bom, as the controlling entity, Reuters reported on Tuesday, citing a court filing.
The court suspension will last 30 days after a ruling in the main lawsuit, the report said.
Both Coupang and Kim filed for the injunction against the April FTC decision, which placed the Korean-American founder as the group's "same person" instead of Coupang, according to the report.
The designation requires the US-listed company to release additional disclosures, the report said.
Coupang did not immediately respond to' request for comment.
