Singapore Airlines (SGX:C6L) has deployed more than 160 AI applications across its operations as the city-state's airlines looks to become a leading digital airline, Business Times reported on Tuesday, citing the carrier's senior vice president of information technology, George Wang.
The carrier's customer-facing AI chatbot Kris, has almost doubled its customer satisfaction score since its relaunch in July 2025, while the company has also reported 30 man-hours of operations a day through its AI-assisted crew scheduling, the report said.
Meanwhile, an internal generative tool named Jarvis, which was launched in 2024, has achieved a 95% penetration rate among staff, with non-technical employees managing to create around 1,500 AI agents without coding, the report noted.
