Shein is looking to launch its Hong Kong IPO as early as Aug. 19, Reuters reported Tuesday citing two people familiar with the matter.
The share sale is being marketed to investors this week, according to the two people and an additional person with knowledge of the matter.
The retailing giant is targeting a valuation of $30 billion to $40 billion, according to earlier reports.
Shein did not immediately respond to' request for a comment.
