Shein Global is seeking a valuation between $26 billion and $27 billion for its upcoming initial public offering in Hong Kong, Bloomberg reported Monday, citing people familiar with the matter.
The fast-fashion retailer is reportedly looking to raise about $2 billion through the IPO, which could take place around the end of the month.
The company had been evaluating investor interest and is said to have recently put forward a valuation of $30 billion, which faced pushback, the report said.
Shein did not immediately respond to' request for comment.
