Shein Global Holdings is preparing to value its Hong Kong IPO at $26.5 billion while raising $1.73 billion, Reuters reported, citing two people familiar with the matter.
The fast‑fashion retailer will reportedly price the deal at HK$48.56 per share to raise HK$13.6 billion, within its indicated range of HK$47.60 to HK$49.50 apiece.
Trading is expected to begin Sept. 1 following the final offer price announcement on Aug. 31, Reuters said.
Shein did not immediately respond to' request for a comment.
