Saudi Arabia is ramping up crude flows through its East-West pipeline to the Yanbu export hub on the Red Sea, Reuters reported Thursday, citing industry sources, satellite imagery, and shipping data.
Meanwhile, oil loading into tankers, which was originally slated for Tuesday after the pipeline reopened this week, has not restarted, according to the sources. State-owned Saudi Arabian Oil Co. (SASE:2222), d/b/a Saudi Aramco, also informed its European clients that it is still building a "critical mass" of oil supply at Yanbu before restarting deliveries, another insider told the news agency.
