Musinsa, the South Korean retailer backed by U.S.-based investment firm KKR & Co., submitted an application on Monday for a preliminary review by the Korea Exchange for listing on the country's primary stock exchange, Bloomberg News reported the same day, citing a company spokesperson.
The company may seek a valuation of up to 10 trillion won, as it aims to list later this year or early in 2027, according to the news agency.
