Paramount Skydance (PSKY) executives expect California and New York attorneys general to file suit challenging its $81 billion takeover of Warner Bros. Discovery (WBD) on antitrust grounds, the New York Post reported Wednesday, citing a person with knowledge of the matter.

Executives wake up to the expectations every day that a lawsuit is being filed by California AG Rob Bonta, New York AG Tish James, and possibly other state AGs, according to the report.

Paramount Skydance and Warner Bros. Discovery did not immediately respond to requests for comment from.
