Nvidia's (NVDA) falling stock price is raising worries about the company's ability to maintain its booming profit growth, Bloomberg reported Tuesday.
The chipmaker's stock is currently trading near its cheapest level in more than a decade, and the multiple is half of what the stock carried last year, according to data compiled by Bloomberg.
Investors are worried that Nvidia's profitability is under pressure due to factors such as rising costs for memory chips. Additionally, after gaining over 1,600% in its share price over the past four years, concerns remain about whether this growth is sustainable, the report said.
Nvidia did not immediately respond to' request for comment.
