Nvidia (NVDA) has been testing at least three versions of the Rubin Ultra GPU in recent weeks, some of which have less memory than what it originally announced, as the chipmaker looks for ways to deal with a shortage of advanced high-bandwidth memory chips, The Information reported Thursday, citing three people with direct knowledge of the matter.
