New solar installations in China declined for a fourth straight month in April, Bloomberg reported Monday, citing data from the Naitonal Energy Administration.
Solar capacity was at 9.52 gigawatts in April, higher than the 8.91 gigawatts seen in March, but down from 45.22 gigawatts in the year-ago period.
Weakened domestic demand helped drag installations, the report said.
