Morgan Stanley (MS) has been appointed to advise Polish anti-drone company Advanced Protection Systems on strategic options that could include a potential sale, Bloomberg reported Friday, citing people familiar with the matter.
According to the report, the investment bank has begun contacting potential interested parties. Discussions remain at an early stage, with no guarantee that a transaction will take place, Bloomberg said.
APS said it regularly reviews strategic options, including bringing in an investor, pursuing an IPO, forming strategic partnerships or a potential sale, Bloomberg added.
