Moonshot AI has begun preparations for a Hong Kong initial public offering that could take place within six months, Bloomberg News reported Sunday, citing people familiar with the matter.
The Chinese artificial intelligence startup has circulated a shareholder resolution seeking investor approval for the proposed listing, according to the report.
It is also nearing the completion of a fundraising round that could value the company at more than $30 billion, the report added.
Moonshot did not immediately respond to' request for comment.
