Meta Platforms (META) has been testing a "human concierge" for its new personal AI agent Muse, Reuters reported Tuesday, citing internal company posts.

The concierge feature involves people handling some of the phone calls placed via the digital agent, and some staff members have raised concerns that sensitive information may be unintentionally shared with contractors in call centers, the report said.
