Kioxia Holdings (TYO:285A) plans to raise at least $10 billion through a U.S. listing of American depositary receipts (ADRs), Bloomberg News reported Monday, citing people familiar with the matter.
The Japanese memory chipmaker has held preliminary discussions with Bank of America, Goldman Sachs, and JPMorgan Chase regarding a potential offering in 2027, the report said.
The plans remain in the early stages, and the offering size and underwriter lineup could change, according to the report.
Kioxia, Bank of America, Goldman Sachs, and JPMorgan Chase did not immediately respond to' requests for comment.
Kioxia's shares rose nearly 3% in Tokyo trading late Tuesday morning.
