Ant Group-backed Indonesian fintech Akulaku has confidentially submitted a Hong Kong IPO application, targeting $300 million to $500 million in proceeds, IFR reported on Tuesday.
The Jakarta-based firm, previously valued at $2 billion in 2025, had earlier considered a U.S. listing before pivoting to Hong Kong, the news portal said.
Launched in 2016, the company operates in consumer credit, e-commerce, and digital banking, with backers including Ant, IDG Capital, and MUFG.
Akulaku did not immediately respond to' request for comment.
