Market Chatter: Indian Data Center Firm Yotta Eyes $1.5 Billion IPO in 2027

By

Yotta Data Services is looking to go public between January and March 2027 to raise up to $1.5 billion, Reuters reported Wednesday, citing the company's CEO, Sunil Gupta.

The Indian data center operator plans to file draft IPO papers in October, the report said. Proceeds from the offering will go towards debt repayment, purchasing GPUs, and building artificial intelligence infrastructure, according to the report.

Gupta told Reuters that Yotta is currently raising pre-IPO funds. He said the actual IPO size would be smaller than expected as the company has already raised sufficient capital, according to the report.

Yotta did not immediately respond to' request for comment.
