India's real estate investment trusts (REITs) and infrastructure investment trusts (InvITs) could attract up to 11.6 trillion rupees in inflows by 2030, driven by mutual funds, insurers and pension funds, Moneycontrol reported Tuesday, citing Avendus Capital.
The brokerage said stronger liquidity, supportive regulation and rising investor familiarity with income-generating assets could support the sector, according to the report.
