National Stock Exchange of India is expected to price its proposed initial public offering at around 15% lower than the range marketed earlier, Bloomberg News reported Wednesday, citing people familiar with the matter.
At the top of the proposed range of 1,700 rupees to 1,785 rupees per share, the 5.5% stake sale would raise about $2.6 billion and value NSE, the report added. India's biggest stock exchange operator will also be valued at $46.6 billion.
