Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) is reviewing rules related to initial public offering and delisting of small companies, Reuters reported Wednesday, citing the agency's chief.
The Indian markets regulator is assessing the costs of market-making requirements for small-company IPOs as well as considering changes to portfolio manager rules, the report quoted SEBI Chairman Tuhin Kanta Pandey as saying.
