Hyundai Motor (KRX:005380) expects its cumulative hybrid vehicles sales in the US to reach 1.5 million units in June, according to a report by the Pulse on Tuesday.
The increased sales are backed by increasing demand for environmental-friendly vehicles, the report said, citing automotive industry sources.
Hyundai entered the US hybrid market in 2011 and since then, has diversified its hybrid lineup. In 2026, the company booked nearly 1.5 million cumulative sales in the U.S., the report noted.
