A Japanese consortium comprising Hulic (TYO:3003) purchased part of a skyscraper near Tokyo Station for about 230 billion yen, Nikkei Asia reported Friday.
The acquisition covers offices on the eighth through 32nd floors of the 32-floor Pacific Century Place Marunouchi, the report said.
Hulic is the main investor, while Kenedix, a Sumitomo Mitsui Finance and Leasing affiliate, will manage the property, according to the report.
Hulic did not immediately respond to' request for comment.
Shares of Hulic slipped nearly 1% in recent trade.
