Hong Kong's rental housing market is on track for its biggest summer increase in a decade, Bloomberg News reported Thursday, citing property agencies.
Residential rents rose nearly 4% in the first half of the year from the preceding six months, according to Centaline Property Agency, the report said.
The gains are reportedly being driven by rising demand from mainland Chinese professionals, students and expatriates.
