Hillhouse Investment Management-backed Elevate Campuses is targeting a $267 million initial public offering in India as early as August, Bloomberg News reported Tuesday, citing people familiar with the matter.
The student housing operator has started investor roadshows ahead of a planned share sale in the second half of August and is seeking a valuation of as much as $1 billion, the report said.
Elevate Campuses did not immediately respond to' request for comment.
