Goldman Sachs (GS) Asset Management has launched AlphaAI, an artificial intelligence investing platform to drive returns across its public and private market businesses, Reuters reported Thursday, citing an internal memo.

Lou D'Ambrosio will lead AlphaAI as chairman of Artificial Intelligence for Asset Management, while Darius Adamczyk will assume global leadership of the Value Accelerator business, the memo said.

Goldman Sachs did not immediately respond to' request for comment.
