Korea Aerospace Industries (KRX:047810) is the subject of a new three-month consulting study commissioned by its largest shareholder, the Export-Import Bank of Korea (KEXIM), to evaluate and strengthen South Korea's aerospace sector, Pulse News reported Thursday.
The bidding process is open through Sept. 22, with the three-month consulting study expected to examine ways to boost the sector's competitiveness.
KEXIM denied rumors that the consulting project was associated with the firm's privatization, the report said.
KEXIM did not immediately respond to a request for comment from.
