EcoCeres is looking to raise $1 billion from an IPO in Hong Kong, Reuters reported Thursday, citing two people familiar with the matter.

The Bain Capital-backed Hong Kong-based company that ​produces renewable fuels is considering a listing in Hong Kong by the end of 2027, the sources said.

EcoCeres and Bain Capital did not immediately respond to' request for a comment.

ST Group Food (SGX:DRX) said liquidators have issued their final notice and report to the creditors for the liquidation of GCTea 2B and GCTea 2A, according to a Wednesday filing to the Singapore stock exchange.The liquidators also plan to file the 'Notice of Final Account' before the dissolution.Last year, the company decided to liquidate GCTea 2B and GCTea 2A as part of its strategic plans to exit from the Gong Cha Brand in the United Kingdom.
