Chinese startup Evoken, which developed AI design platform Lovart, is looking into a Hong Kong IPO, Bloomberg reported citing people familiar with the matter.
The company is reportedly in early-stage talks with advisers regarding a potential listing, the people said, asking not to be named.
A deal to raise funds, which would value Evoken at $3 billion, is reportedly in sight.
However, no final decisions regarding an initial public offering have yet been made, Bloomberg said citing the people.
The companies could not immediately be contacted for a comment.
