Chinese top chip manufacturer ChangXin Memory Technologies (SHA:688825) could debut on the Shanghai Stock Exchange on July 27, Reuters reported Tuesday, citing two people familiar with the matter.
Book-building for the IPO could start Wednesday. CXMT could raise up to 29.5 billion yuan to be Asia's largest IPO so far this year, according to the report.
