Workers at bio firm Celltrion (KRX:068270) have formed a labor union, with a view to have compensation transparency, according to a report by the Yonhap News Agency on Monday.

The union aims to increase staffing and improve employee benefits, the report said.

Meanwhile, the company plans to respond to the formation in "good faith", the report added.
