NASN Intelligent Tech, a mainland Chinese developer of smart driving motion control technologies, is set to launch its Hong Kong initial public offering as early as Thursday, the South China Morning Post reported, citing people familiar with the matter.
The CATL (SHE:300750, HKG:3750)-backed company recently passed its Hong Kong listing hearing, paving the way for the start of bookbuilding, according to the report.
The shares are expected to begin trading on Aug. 7, the report added.
