Used-car marketplace Carro, is reportedly considering a share offering on the Singapore Exchange's Global Listing Board, a move that could make it the first company to use the new dual-listing arrangement with Nasdaq, Bloomberg News reported Wednesday, citing people familiar with the matter.
The SoftBank-backed car platform has confidentially filed for a US initial public offering and has also submitted paperwork for a Singapore listing, the report said.
The fundraising could raise between $400 million and $500 million, with the listing target for either later this year or in the first six months of 2027, the report added.
The dual-listing framework allows companies to utilize one set of filings to debut simultaneously on both exchanges, as long as they meet a minimum market value threshold of SG$2 billion, the report noted.
Carro did not immediately respond to' request for comment.
