BP (BP.L) is selling a 20% stake in the Manakin portion of the Cocuina-Manakin natural gas field bordering Trinidad and Tobago and Venezuela, Reuters reported Monday, citing an emailed statement from the company.

A final investment decision on the gas field is expected by the end of 2026, Reuters said, citing two sources familiar with the matter.
