Blue Owl Capital (OWL) is selling $750 million of high-grade debt, $250 million more than initially discussed, after receiving a sizable amount of investor orders, Bloomberg reported Tuesday, citing people familiar with the matter.
Blue Owl Finance, its financing subsidiary, is offering the 10-year note, the report said, citing one of the people. The transaction is set to yield 2.20 percentage points above Treasuries, or about 0.3 percentage point below the initial price talk, the person said, according to the news outlet.
Blue Owl didn't immediately reply to a request for comment from.
