Apple (AAPL) is planning a new service that will allow iPhone users to split joint bills, expanding its push into everyday financial tools, Bloomberg reported Monday, citing people with knowledge of the plan.

The feature will let users take a photo of a receipt, assign items to people, and generate payment requests, according to the report.

Apple intends to announce the offering next week at its Worldwide Developers Conference and include it in iOS 27, Bloomberg said.
