The company aims to release the new AirPods around the same time as its foldable phone and a new iPhone model.
The new AirPods are designed to be Apple's first AI-focused wearable product, with computer-vision cameras not intended to capture photos or video but instead to act as sensors that feed visual context into Siri, according to the report.
